This week, I released the last episode of The Produce Life Podcast. If you listen, you will understand why. I'm going to take things in a different direction I'm excited about. I spoke in the last episode about the importance of the end of the year and how vital it is to evaluate, plan, and set goals for the following year.
Innovators get bored, especially those of us like myself. We have tons and tons of ideas, mainly when you are deeply involved on the ground, constantly serving as an activist in the industry. Like so many others who I call friends, I am also looking for solutions to help us all. There is an incredible grassroots movement that I am so proud to see.
I live and believe that consistency determines success. If we aren't consistent, then it's hard to achieve greatness. I loved doing my podcast, but I wasn't consistent enough because I am involved in so much.
I hope that you listen to this and know that new things are coming, I promise. Also, as you all know, I'm always here to help with anyone media content or podcasts. Thanks again for all of you alls support. I look forward to still talking and communicating with you all daily.
Each day I have checklists that I try to achieve. These are simple things such as exercising 30 mins a day (that one needs help), drinking plenty of water (because as you know, some of us forget), dishing out three randoms compliments to people, getting my kids from school (very important to me, I have missed some of the most critical meetings not to miss that); also I write down my favorite quotes or items I heard that day. While I have other checklist items, these are important to ensure I live each day to honor the essential things in my life.
With that said, here was the quote that stuck with me this week from the movie Titanic. It is funny cause I never appreciated this quote until now.
"I got everything I need right here with me. I got air in my lungs, a few blank sheets of paper. I mean, I love waking up in the morning not knowing what's going to happen or who I'm going to meet, where I'm going to wind up.
